V shred (or VShred) is a complete fitness program that includes Fat Loss Extreme, Shred University, the Clean Bulk Program and much more. Several online reviews of V Shred are extremely positive. It is hard to tell if they are incentivised though. This VShred review is unbiased and we have not received any products or free access to the V Shred app.
V Shred Summary: A diet and fitness program that is available online and a smartphone app. The content is useful and you will achieve your objective no doubt.
There are of course a few gripes. Mainly the sales funnel – VShred do not miss the opportunity to sell add ons and extras.
Supplements are a big focus with Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved being heavily touted.
We would recommend buying the entry level Vshred subscription to start with.
PARTIAL RECOMMENDATION
VShred is a health and fitness program brand that operates via a website and smartphone V Shred app. It offers a combination of paid courses that include online personal training and meal plans.
Some of the courses are designed to promote weight loss and fat loss, others are for people who want to improve their overall fitness, gain muscle and build a better physique.
V Shred also recommends a number of supplements by Sculpt Nation. We did some digging and discovered Sculpt Nation and V Shred is the same company. There is nothing wrong here – just an observation.
Sculpt Nation supplements are reasonably good but they don’t rank among the best in our opinion. We have already reviewed a couple of the fat burning supplements (Sculpted + Sculpt Nation Burn) elsewhere on our site.
You may have seen V Shred all over facebook and social media. The fat loss extreme program and the Clean bulk program are widely publicized.

V Shred Company Information
V Shred is short for “Vincesanity Shred.” The business is based in Las Vegas, California, and was incorporated in August 2017.
It is fronted by a former fitness model named Vince Sant. He’s also one of the company’s co-founders. Vince is a muscular-looking guy who appears in many of the V Shred videos cooking and training without a shirt. If you’ve got it, flaunt it, I suppose.
Vince may have changed tracks and gone from model to fitness coach but many qualified coaches are critical of the form he demonstrates in his videos and a lot of bodybuilders are equally quick to offer criticism.
At the time of this review (February 2022), the V Shred profile page at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) was showing 409 customer complaints. That’s a lot of complaints to get in just three years and a huge red flag.
Some of the complaints are about billing and delivery issues, others were inspired by difficulties getting a refund under the V Shred money-back guarantee (30 days).
Many customers also complain about high-pressure sales tactics encouraging them to order additional products and plenty of people say they don’t think VShred products offer good value for money.
V Shred Program Overview
It’s beyond the scope of this review to provide detailed VShred product information but we can provide a some brief overviews.
V Shred University – $1.00
V Shred University is billed as an exercise program that constantly evolves with you and your body. It allegedly gets you to where you need to be 10 times faster and will help you to maintain your results all year round.
You get a diet and a workout plan along with access to fitness experts and support from other V Shred community members.
All that for a dollar? That’s excellent but it seems likely there will also be pressure to invest in some of the costlier V Shred products.
V Shred Weight Loss Recipe Guide – $14.95
This provides “delicious meals that perfectly fit your diet and training program” and you should always know where you are because all the calories, fat, protein, and carbs are already calculated for you.
To be honest, this sounds pretty good too but a tad expensive for what it is and the price has already been dropped from $37.
V Shred Custom Diet Plan – $149
V Shred has two versions of its custom diet plan – one “for him” and another “for her.” They are both super expensive and the original price was even more shocking. It was $225.
This is the most expensive part of the V Shred program but it is designed to deliver “eye-popping results” and cause people to ask you how you got in shape so quickly.
Depending on your budget, the answer may be that you could no longer afford to eat. The main selling point appears to be this is a personalized diet plan.
V Shred Move: At Home – $47
This is Vince’s home workout program that doesn’t require any equipment. It allegedly has the potential to produce fat losses of as much as 11 pounds in 30 days.
V Shred Ripped in 90 Days – $47.00
This is one of Vince’s advanced programs and the name says it all. It’s for people men who want to get ripped and shredded in only 90 days. It’s a completely digital program you can access via your web browser or smartphone app.
VShred Toned in 90 Days – $57.00
What could be better than getting ripped in 90 days? Getting toned in 90 days. That’s the way it appears anyway because this V Shred fitness program for women costs $10 more. However, strength building is one of its main focuses, not fat loss, so perhaps that’s why the price is higher.
In addition to allowing you to not give up on carbs, it also places a strong focus on HIIT (high-intensity interval training).
HIIT is becoming increasingly popular. As is SIT (sprint interval training). An article published in the World Journal of Cardiology, in 2019, suggests both options may have value in efficient exercise protocols. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6763680/
VShred Six-Pack Shred – $19.99
This a V Shred program is for people who want to get abs like Vince! His abs have been featured on glossy magazine covers but the chances are, even if the program delivers the goods, your abs will be able to remain camera shy.
This program includes a diet guide, a carb-cycling video, and a HIIT guide.
VShred Big Arms Program – $19.99
This is one of Vince’s specialist strength-building programs. If big biceps and triceps are your greatest desire, VShred is aiming this program at you.
V Shred Big Arms is a 6-week program that utilizes classroom-style videos to explain the arm workouts.
V Shred Booty Builder – $34.95
No mysteries here, this is a booty-toning program for women who crave the perfect butt.
According to Vince, there is more to becoming a bootylicious babe than doing plenty of squats. This program aims to help you target your glutes correctly and put your butt disappointments behind you.
At the time of this review, V Shred was also offering three other programs.
Clean Bulk ($87) is bulking program for men who want to increase their muscle size and strength.
Extreme Fat Loss ($47) is another weight loss program that offers one version for him and another for her.
V Shred Supplement Recommendations
Customers who purchase V Shred products are encouraged to use Sculpt Nation supplements to enhance their results.
The fitness programs website provides an extensive list. In fact, it appears to recommend them all. But that is not surprising when both brands are owned by the same company.
The VShred website provides two pages of supplement advice. One page is for men, the other is for women but most of the supplements appear on both pages. The only exception is the Sculpt Nation testosterone booster. V Shred only recommends that one to men. There are however several testosterone supplements we could argue as being better suited for men with low T levels.
Supplement Name | Supplement Type | Men | Women |
Burn Evolved | 24-Hour Fat Burner | ✔ | ✔ |
HGH Boost | HGH Releaser | ✔ | ✔ |

Most of the supplements are tailored to weight loss by way of fat burning supplements.
On the one hand, you could say VShred is only trying to provide a complete body improvement system. On the other hand, you could argue the company is keen to squeeze as much cash as possible out of its customers.
The supplement information is presented as two free online supplement guides. Bearing in mind the bias towards its own products it would be more honest to call the guides Sculpt Nation supplement catalogs.
However, if V Shred is going to recommend its own supplement line to existing customers, it would be nice to see some kind of discount.
VShred Customer Reviews
The official website provides a few “amazing success stories,” some of which are accompanied by some nice before and after shots.
However, it’s unwise to rely on testimonials provided via such a biased source.
Customer V Shred reviews available elsewhere on the net are pretty much an even mix of good and bad.
Usage Considerations
HIIT training offers many benefits, as do some of the other exercises the various V Shred programs present. However, many of the exercises may be too intense for people who are not used to exercising regularly.
If you are not used to getting regular exercise it’s best to ask a doctor for advice before using any form of intense exercise routine. The same holds true if you have any existing health issues.
Although the supplements may not be strictly necessary, they have the potential to add value to the various workout routines. Again though, if you have existing health issues, it’s best to seek medical advice before using any brand of supplement. Women who are pregnant or nursing will need to heed the same advice.
The V Shred diet plans certainly have the potential to be beneficial, but caution may be necessary if you are diabetic or have any other ongoing health problems.
Exploring the Marketing VShred Claims
V Shred makes some massive promises for its exercise programs and meal plans. Weight losses of 20+ pounds in just a few weeks may be possible for the genetically gifted but totally out of the reach of the average person.
Of course, if you are prepared to half starve yourself and train like a maniac, it may be possible to progress more rapidly, but that type of head-on approach is not healthy.
Some of the claims Vince makes in his marketing spiel are plain ridiculous. In one video, he talks about stalled or broken metabolic types.
Metabolism encompasses all the many biological processes that keep us alive. If they stall or break, you will have nothing to worry about because when that happens you are dead.
When it comes to weight loss, people focus on energy metabolism. It’s just one part of a much bigger system and energy metabolism has various speeds. When you are resting it is slower. Exercise makes it faster. Some supplements can do this too. When your metabolism increases, for any reason, you burn extra calories and lose weight.
Some factors have the potential to slow metabolism, making it easier to gain weight than to lose it; but stalling and breaking! That’s only going to happen at end of life.
Vince also shares some fantastic stories about fat loss hormones and hormonal misfiring. If half the things he talks about were genuine problems in your body, you would be in a very bad way.
It’s a case of creating the illusion of a problem and then providing a solution. Do the various VShred products have the potential to provide improvements to your physique and make you fitter and healthier? Very probably, but there are plenty of alternative routes you can choose instead.
Where to Buy V Shred
The various V Shred health and fitness programs and meal plans are only available via the company website and via V Shred subscription. The supplements customers are encouraged to use can be purchased from the Sculpt Nation website.
The V Shred supplements guides provide links to the relevant pages of the Sculpt Nation Site.
V Shred Review Conclusion
If you are contemplating using VShred, you are probably doing so for one of three main reasons. You either want to lose weight (burn fat), get fitter, or improve your physique. It’s entirely possible you may wish to do all three.
These are admirable goals and V Shred may have the potential to help you to reach them more quickly. However, the results may not be as dramatic as the marketing material leads you to expect.
If you want to achieve these things, there are other ways to go. V Shed is one option. It’s not the only one and may not be the best option for you.
If you want to improve your physique or fitness, a gym membership may be more beneficial. All the best gyms have helpful staff that can offer free training advice and your fellow gym rats can be a mine of useful information.
If you want to lose weight, there are many free diet plans you can use and some very good supplements that can help.
Bearing in mind all the billing issues and other problems many customers are complaining about and the constant pressure for up-sells, choosing V Shred may not be the smart way to go.
Alternatives to V Shred
Although there is nothing quite as exhaustive there are a few other products similar to parts of VShred.
- GP4:3 is a low-calorie diet plan. It’s a form of intermittent fasting but it works a little differently to similar options such a the 5:2 Diet and Eat-Stop-Eat.
- Dr. Hyman’s pegan diet is a low-processed, whole foods plant-based vegan/paleo diet that can help with weight loss and help you feel better in your body.
- The 1200 calorie diet Dr Nowzaradan uses is extreme. Many people who are overweight will be used to consuming 3,000 calories per day or more. They are classic overeaters.
