What is Sculpt Nation Burn?
Sculpt Nation Burn is a fat-burner aimed at men and women who are struggling to lose weight via diet and exercise.
The product is marketed with a lot of hype and the manufacturer alleges using Burn will give you an “unfair advantage” that will quickly and easily turn your body into a fat-melting machine.
The marketing material also says using Burn will allow you to burn your fat without losing muscle and “unlock your body’s hidden triple-thermogenic powers.”
Yep! The hype is laid on pretty thick, but will Burn really help you burn your fat and get thin? Let’s take a closer look at the product and find out.
Who Makes Sculpt Nation Burn?
Burn manufactured and distributed by Sculpt Nation LLC.
The company is based in Nevada and produces several other supplements, including protein powders and probiotics.

How it Works
Sculpt Nation Burn is primarily a fat-burning product and most of the promises being made for it concern this ability.
Although the marketing spiel makes it seem like there’s a lot going on; when push comes to shove, we are only looking at three main claims:
1. Burns Fat
Your body burns fat whenever it experiences an energy shortage. It does this because it needs to make use of the energy stored within the fat.
When we talk about fat burning we are referring to the processes the body uses to break down the cells of fat, reduce them to glycerol and fatty acids, and then get these energy-providers into the blood.
Once the glycerol and fatty acids are in the blood they are “mobilized” and available for the muscle and organs to use.
The best way to create the energy shortage that’s necessary for fat-burning is to restrict your energy intake by following a low-calorie diet.
Exercise further nurtures the energy shortage by causing you to use more energy than you do normally do.
When metabolism gets faster, the body uses slightly more calories all of the time. Even when it’s at rest.
Some ingredients also cause the body to lose extra energy as heat.
They do this by increasing a natural process. It’s called thermogenesis and products that can increase it are marketed as thermogenic fat burners.
There are two types of fat in the body—brown adipose tissue (BAT) and white adipose tissue. The white kind is prevalent.
Research suggests brown adipose tissue helps you to burn white adipose tissue.
Sculpt Nation places a great deal of focus on Burn’s alleged ability to help you to increase levels of BAT.
2. Suppresses Appetite
If you want to burn fat, you need to limit the amount of food you put in your mouth. This invariably results in hunger. That’s one of the things that makes losing weight such hard work.
Any diet pill that can successfully control hunger helps you increase your chances of weight-loss success.
3. Boosts Energy
You have to create an energy shortage to make your body burn fat. Not surprisingly, this can result in feelings of fatigue.
There are a few ways supplement manufacturers can try and deal with this problem. The easiest is to use caffeine and/or other stimulants. That’s the route Sculpt Nation has taken with Burn.
Correct Dosage and Other Usage Considerations
The dose is two pills per day, taken with a meal.
As with most similar options, Burn is not intended for people who are under 18-years of age.
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding a child are warned against using the product without a doctor’s approval.
Sculpt Nation also warns against using Burn alongside medication unless a doctor has confirmed it is safe to do so.
The company fails to point this out but people who have health problems of any kind should always check with their doctor before using any brand of supplement.
Sculpt Nation Burn Ingredient Profile
Two capsules provide:
- Epigallocatechin gallate (300 mg)
- Caffeine (100 mg)
- Capsimax (100 mg)
- Grains of Paradise (30 mg)
- Yohimbine (6 mg)
- Rauwolscine (3 mg)
Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) is an antioxidant that’s present in green tea. It’s linked to fat burning but green tea contains other fat-burning compounds too.
There’s a lot of research that backs up the use of green tea as a fat burner, but less research involving EGCG isolates.
However, research involving worms suggests EGCG may aid fat-loss by inhibiting adipogenesis (fat storage).
Caffeine is a stimulant that’s good for providing energy. It also increases mental focus and concentration.
Research show caffeine can support fat-loss too. It achieves this by increasing metabolism and thermogenesis.
An advanced form of capsicum extract. It utilizes a special “beadlet” technology that makes it easier on the stomach than normal capsicum extracts are.
The capsaicin capsicum provides is a proven appetite suppressant and fat burner. Research shows it boosts metabolism and thermogenesis.
It uses the heat from red peppers
However, Sculpt Nation appears to be more impressed by capsaicin’s ability to increase BAT.
Grains of Paradise
Grains of paradise is an ingredient taken from the seeds of a plant (Aframomum melegueta). It’s a stimulant that can provide extra energy.
Preliminary research suggests grains of paradise may have the potential to aid fat-loss but further study is required.
An African tree bark extract that is often included in fat burners for bodybuilders because it appears to support fat-burning without loss of muscle mass.
Rauwolscine is a stimulant that comes from the African shrub Rauvolfia vomitoria. It’s allegedly a fat burner but there is a lack of evidence to support such a claim.
Sculpt Nation Burn Customer Reviews
We were unable to find any customer reviews for Burn but Trustpilot has some Sculpt Nation reviews.
Unfortunately, most of the reviews are bad. There are a lot of complaints about billing and delivery issues that raise a few red flags.
Known Side Effects
Sculpt Nation doesn’t mention any reports of side effects and the lack of customer feedback means there is no way to ascertain if past users have encountered any negative issues.
However, the formulation does contain caffeine and this may present problems for certain individuals.
The amount of caffeine the two capsules provide is similar to that of a normal cup of coffee.
Most people should be fine with that but, if you are very sensitive to caffeine, its presence in the formulation will mean Burn may not be suitable for you.
The presence of yohimbine and rauwolscine may also present problems to certain people.
Again, the inclusion rates are not overly high but the presence of these two ingredients may cause some Burn users to experience headaches, anxiety, insomnia, and/or other side effects.
Where to Buy Sculpt Nation Burn
You can only buy Burn from the Sculpt Nation website.
Each bottle contains a 30-day supply of pills (60 capsules) and has a price tag of USD 49.
As if often the case with food supplements, bulk-buy discounts are available for people who wish to place larger orders.
The company also offers auto-ship. For anyone who is sure they are ready to commit to using the product for several months, this may be the cheapest way to go.
Buying Sculpt Nation Burn by auto-ship brings the price down to USD 41 per bottle.
However, auto-ship agreements are sometimes hard to cancel so we don’t recommend buying supplements in this way.
Sculpt Nation Guarantee
The company promises its customers a “100% Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee.” However, customer comments placed on the Trustpilot website suggest the guarantee may not be as good as it sounds.
Sculpt Nation Burn Review Conclusion
Burn contains ingredients that may cause side effects.
That’s a little worrying because there are no customer reviews to provide an insight into how well past users have tolerated the formulation.
The complaints about billing and shipping issues are disconcerting too. As are the allegations some people are making about problems with the money-back guarantee.
However, the formulation contains ingredients that have proven fat-burning capabilities.
It also contains ingredients that can boost energy and protect muscle mass, so the claims made for Sculpt Nation Burn are compatible with the formulation as a whole.
Unfortunately, the formulation’s abilities as an appetite suppressant may not be strong enough for people who struggle to control their hunger.
Capsicum is an appetite suppressant but it’s acting alone here and is likely to offer only limited help but that’s not a big issue for a product of this nature.
Sculpt Nation Burn is primarily a fat burner. It may be best to consider help with hunger a bonus.
The truth is, the product should help most people burn a little extra fat—presuming the right diet—but its abilities are unlikely to be a good match for all of the hype.
