Yep! The hype is laid on pretty thick, but will Burn really help you burn your fat and get thin? Let’s take a closer look at the product and find out.

Sculpt Nation Burn is primarily a fat-burning product and most of the promises being made for it concern this ability.
Although the marketing spiel makes it seem like there’s a lot going on; when push comes to shove, we are only looking at three main claims:
1. Burns Fat
Your body burns fat whenever it experiences an energy shortage. It does this because it needs to make use of the energy stored within the fat.
When we talk about fat burning we are referring to the processes the body uses to break down the cells of fat, reduce them to glycerol and fatty acids, and then get these energy-providers into the blood.
Once the glycerol and fatty acids are in the blood they are “mobilized” and available for the muscle and organs to use.

However, research involving worms suggests EGCG may aid fat-loss by inhibiting adipogenesis (fat storage).
Caffeine
Caffeine is a stimulant that’s good for providing energy. It also increases mental focus and concentration.

Capsimax

Preliminary research suggests grains of paradise may have the potential to aid fat-loss but further study is required.
Yohimbine
An African tree bark extract that is often included in fat burners for bodybuilders because it appears to support fat-burning without loss of muscle mass.
Rauwolscine
Rauwolscine is a stimulant that comes from the African shrub Rauvolfia vomitoria. It’s allegedly a fat burner but there is a lack of evidence to support such a claim.

We were unable to find any customer reviews for Burn but Trustpilot has some Sculpt Nation reviews.
Unfortunately, most of the reviews are bad. There are a lot of complaints about billing and delivery issues that raise a few red flags.
Known Side Effects
Sculpt Nation doesn’t mention any reports of side effects and the lack of customer feedback means there is no way to ascertain if past users have encountered any negative issues.
However, the formulation does contain caffeine and this may present problems for certain individuals.
The amount of caffeine the two capsules provide is similar to that of a normal cup of coffee.

That’s a little worrying because there are no customer reviews to provide an insight into how well past users have tolerated the formulation.

However, the formulation contains ingredients that have proven fat-burning capabilities.
It also contains ingredients that can boost energy and protect muscle mass, so the claims made for Sculpt Nation Burn are compatible with the formulation as a whole.
