Summary
Our group studies viral genome replication in Sindbis virus. The Sindbis genome is a single strand of message sense RNA. Sindbis is very amiable to genetic manipulation as in-vitro transcribed genomic RNAs are infectious (with transfection reagents or electroporators). Maybe I'll write more later, but that'll do for now.
